Started large fund raising company focused on helping Mobile County schools raise money during the school year. Proud owner of only one of three Snowie shaved ice buses in the world. Drew from my seventeen years in sales to successfully negotiate our business model with schools.  Focused on selling shaved ice to students during physicial education classessplitting proceeds with each school.

Johnson & Johnson
(Vistakon)
Mobile, Alabama, February 2006 – January 2009
Responsible for the sales of the Acuvue family of contact lenses in Mississippi, Alabama and the Florida panhandle. Took over a territory that was completely devastated by Hurricane Katrina. Improved sales ranking by 104 positions after my second year. Sales ranking continued to improve during my third year, where I’m currently ranked 29/150 reps. Have successfully launched three new blockbuster contact lenses during my tenure. Was selected as ‘rep of the quarter’ for the quarter ending September, 2007. Was Vistakon’s national safe driving coordinator for 2007. Due to my inability to be able to relocate, my territory was disbanded in January.


(Ortho Urology)
Mobile, Alabama February 2005 – January 2006
Recruited to Ortho Urology to launch breakthrough drug to treat men's sexual health. During my tenure, have been responsible for maximizing market share growth of Ditropan XL and Elmiron with Urologists, OBGYN’s and high volume primary care physicians.
*Dramatically improved the territory ranking to #21 for the year.
*Overall ranking improved every quarter of my tenure.
*Ranked #12 in ongoing Ditropan XL sales contest.
*Ranked #2 in the district for generating Elmiron prescriptions.
*Was presented the award for outstanding leadership at new hire training class.
*Because of proven successes and overall leadership, was nominated for and have accepted a role of Manager in Training.
*Unfortunately, effective January 6th, 2006, the entire Ortho Urology franchise has been laid off.

Allergan Pharmaceuticals
(Mobile, Alabama) February 2001 – February 2005
Recruited to Allergan to launch three new drugs in three years, Lumigan, Alphagan P and Restasis. Sold to Ophthalmologists and high volume Optometrists. As a Territory Manager, inherited a bottom ranked glaucoma territory at Allergan.
*Quickly turned territory into consistent performer.
*Based upon my accomplishments, was promoted to Senior Territory Manager after only one year.
*Was presented with Award for Excellence at new hire training class, for the outstanding team training performance.
*Also received Award for excellence in August 2003 for professionally handling issues critical to my two partner’s successes with Allergan.

Bausch & Lomb Pharmaceuticals/Storz Ophthalmics
(Birmingham/Mobile, Alabama) May 1995 – February 2001
For Storz, sold surgical instruments to hospitals, surgery centers and physician offices. Also worked closely with ophthalmic residents at four medical schools.
* For Storz, finished 1996 ranked #1 and 1997 ranked #4 in the surgical instrument division.
For Bausch & Lomb, called on Ophthalmologists and high volume Optometrists.
*Finished 1999 ranked # 3 and 2000 ranked #9 in the pharmaceutical division.
*1999 and 2000 President’s Club selection.
*For 2000, was also promoted to the district training position.
*Kept the #1 Alrex market share for two consecutive years.

Bruce Office Supply/Xerox Sales Agency
(Birmingham, Alabama) May 1991 - April 1992
May 1993 – May 1995
Started a new Xerox sales agency with agency owner. Responsible for the sales of Xerox copiers and facsimiles to small and medium sized businesses in downtown Birmingham.
*Selected as #1 Xerox sales agency during our first year.
*Recognized as #1 sales representative during the third quarter, 1991. *Graduated from the highly respected Xerox sales training school.


Racetrac Petroleum
(Blacksburg, Virginia) May 1992 – May 1993
Hired as a district manager trainee, and became a district manager in only two months. Oversaw the daily operations of nine stores in Virginia. Responsibilities included Profit and Loss reports, hiring and firing and marketing.
